    • Please print, sign and bring the WYSA Medical & Liability Release Form to check-in.

    • Required: Ball | Water | Cleats | Shin Guards | White/Gray Shirt (no club branding)

    • Participation in all tryout sessions is recommended. If you can't make a session, leave a note for a coach to contact you in the Memo section of the SIGN UP.

  • Offer Dates:

    • 11U-14U Boys & Girls offers w/b emailed Fri, 6/12 @ 12:00p.

    • 15U-19U Boys offers w/b emailed Fri, 6/19 @ 12:00p.

    • 15U-19U Girls offers w/b emailed Fri, 6/26 @ 12:00p.

  • Offers will explain the commitment for the 2026/2027 registration year (8/1 thru 7/31).

    • Players have 48h to accept/register to secure their spot on a team.

  • Offers may be extended to players after the Tryout Window and Uniform Offer Date assuming those players are not already registered with a WYSA Club.
